In this session we will talk about some of the history of tea, terms, some brewing methods, as well as what is a “High” tea and a “Low” tea. Come and join chef James of the A.C.H.E.F. (Assassin’s Culinary Hemlock Enthusiast Fellowship) group as he travels the highs and lows of tea.
